Dan is a recent graduate from The University of Texas at San Antonio where he majored in Computer Science and graduated with Highest Honors from the Honors College.
Following graduation, Dan immediately began work at Southwest Research Institute as an Analyst for the Intelligent Transportation Systems division, working on state-wide transportation projects in Texas and on both coasts.
Starting August 2013, Dan begin work on his Master’s in Computer Science, returning to his alma mater, UTSA.

* Sat on the Student Government’s Academic Affairs Committee, which is responsible for communicating to the University administration the academic issues that the student body feels require attention
* Worked with four officers to reach organization goals, including campus-wide fundraisers and social service events
* Developed the organization’s largest ever fundraiser, capitalizing on UTSA’s record-breaking attendance at their first ever football game to sell t-shirts which raised thousands of dollars in a couple of weeks

Dan was a very eager student whose ambition and passion for learning was only exceeded by his skills to solve problems on various levels and create an end product that was functional, visually appealing, and easy to manage. It was a pleasure working with him.
Dan’s revolutionized the website for the Student Government Association in his time as website director. Prior to his service the website was one of the biggest eye-sores the organization had faced, but with his dedication and assistance it now provides a glowing first impression to anyone who wants to get involved, wants learn more about the organization, or just wants to browse what the organization has to offer.
